We are seeking an exceptional Senior VP of Sales to lead and scale our B2B sales organization during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for defining our Go-to-Market Process, coordinating Marketing / PR, establishing Sales Ops and executing our sales strategy while building and leading a high-performing team to drive sustainable revenue growth.
This is a remote role, with the expectation and requirements of significant travel to clients, prospects, partners, and our SF HQ.
Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company mission and growth targets
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams across enterprise and SME segments
- Establish and manage channel partnerships in key growth markets including real estate, technology, and lifestyle / home sectors
- Create predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales processes that drive revenue growth
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and integrated go-to-market execution
- Collaborate with Executive Team and Engineering Leadership to determine overall Product and Company Strategy
