What you’ll do :
NinjaTrader’s growing Design organization is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and creative Staff Product Designer to join the team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of trader engagement. You will support a new vertical within our organization focused on Trader Engagement, with objectives that include :
- Helping our growing base of new customers learn to trade futures
- Engaging existing active traders with compelling multimedia content, contests, and social initiatives
- Building a hub where content creators can leverage our platform to create and share
- Indirectly driving acquisition by creating viral buzz around our enhanced trader experience
In this role, you will use your extensive product design expertise and industry best practices to motivate, drive, and deliver human-centered user experiences across a variety of products areas. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and aligned with user needs.
This role will involve leading the design process, owning the entire product area, and ensuring that our experiences are fundamentally user centric . You’ll also elevate the overall design craft within the organization—setting the bar for visual execution, usability, and interaction design. Your passion for simplicity and innovation will help deliver best-in-class user experiences, and you will drive both the design and execution needed to stay ahead of the competition.
