The Role

Reporting to the Head of the Sports & Subscriptions vertical, our new Strategic Solutions Director - Sports & Subscriptions is the keeper of performance metrics, product liaison for business vertical, and partner success consultant.

What Will You Do?

  • Support the Head of Sports and Subscriptions and Account Management in preparation and execution of regular client business review meetings.
  • Support Account Management team with consultative client business discovery to identify revenue generation opportunities.
  • Act as the primary resource for business unit leadership to provide the latest product updates pertinent to the business unit.
  • Create and maintain key performance analysis measuring success for business unit, clients, and account managers.
  • Act as the business vertical ticketing expert, compile and analyze industry information to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to build portfolio of best practices and case studies highlighting client successes.
  • Represent the business unit and maintain relationships with 3rd-party vendor integration partners.
  • Collaborate with Head of Sports and Subscriptions and Director, Account Management to schedule and deliver client town halls.
  • Support Account Management in remaining current on client goals and operations.

What Will You Bring?

  • Live entertainment business experience in Ticketing, Concert Promotion, Sports, Product or Marketing.
  • Experience in business consulting, researching and analyzing data, or strategic planning.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Live Entertainment Management, Event Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and modelling.
  • Thorough and current knowledge of the latest industry trends and ticketing innovation.
  • Excellent administration, organization and planning abilities.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to influence a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Strong proficiency with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence).
  • Proven ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment.
  • Positive with a “can do” attitude.
  • Highly organized with a record of prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Looker (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and software, such as AXS, Ticketmaster, Elevate, or Front Gate.
  • Pay Scale : $106,685-$160,000
