The Role
Reporting to the Head of the Sports & Subscriptions vertical, our new Strategic Solutions Director - Sports & Subscriptions is the keeper of performance metrics, product liaison for business vertical, and partner success consultant.
What Will You Do?
- Support the Head of Sports and Subscriptions and Account Management in preparation and execution of regular client business review meetings.
- Support Account Management team with consultative client business discovery to identify revenue generation opportunities.
- Act as the primary resource for business unit leadership to provide the latest product updates pertinent to the business unit.
- Create and maintain key performance analysis measuring success for business unit, clients, and account managers.
- Act as the business vertical ticketing expert, compile and analyze industry information to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with product marketing to build portfolio of best practices and case studies highlighting client successes.
- Represent the business unit and maintain relationships with 3rd-party vendor integration partners.
- Collaborate with Head of Sports and Subscriptions and Director, Account Management to schedule and deliver client town halls.
- Support Account Management in remaining current on client goals and operations.

Pay Scale : $106,685-$160,000
