The Trust and Risk Strategy & Operations team drives business outcomes across buyer experience, margin expansion, and user trust on the platform. In this role you will :
- Act as a general manager for a core segment of the Trust and Risk Organization, partnering closely with operations, product, analytics, and engineering to deliver tangible results for the business.
- Develop and own OKRs for your space.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity / reduce costs.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, or San Francisco, CA hubs.

For Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants : $160,000 / year to $245,000 / year benefits equity.
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits or equity.
