About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced, and smart Technical Writer to join the dynamic Engineering team in the US!

You will :

Create, review, and update user manuals, installation guides, and technical documentation for software and hardware products.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible language for non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other experts to gather necessary information for documentation.
Maintain documentation up-to-date with the latest versions and changes in products.
Ensure documentation meets company standards and industry best practices.
Conduct usability reviews and testing to improve the quality and accessibility of documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Previous experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Knowledge of documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and content management systems (CMS).

Interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Work onsite (office in Boston) 4 days a week.

Nice to have front-end knowledge.
