The Operations & Manufacturing department at Tools for Humanity is responsible for all aspects of driving the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Physical Security, Field Operational Compliance, and Technical Support of our world-class hardware devices reaching billions of people globally. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with Tools for Humanity, you will :
- Oversee hardware engineering programs, focusing on mitigating risks and developing manufacturing strategies.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with engineering, business, finance, design, and legal teams to deliver hardware products on schedule and within budget.
- Utilize your leadership, communication, and organizational skills to make a significant impact across all teams.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles) : The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $140,000 - $200,000 , plus a competitive long-term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
