As a group of multi-disciplinary creatives, and a part of the broader Airtable design organization, each team member brings their unique experience and perspective to the table. We’re looking for a brand designer to join our humble, talented and deeply thoughtful crew of designers.What you'll do Design communication materials that visually translate Airtable’s value to enterprise customersDrive scalability and brand consistency by creating templated collateral systemsCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales to translate complex ideas into compelling narrativesWork alongside fellow multidisciplinary creatives to uplevel the quality of deliverables and elevate the Airtable brandWho you are You have 3 years of experience working in either an agency or in-house environment, for consumer or B2B brandsYou have a stellar portfolio with examples of work supporting marketing efforts such as web, product launches, campaigns, collateral, presentations, and events (not all are required)You’re a problem solver, able to take complex concepts and make them understandable and relatableYou have experience in designing data and complex concepts into concise visualizationsYou are skilled in explaining your work and excited to participate in constructive critiquesYou are proactive, clear, and thoughtful in your communication with team members and stakeholdersYou are a team player who can prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyBonus if you have animation experienceAirtable is an equal opportunity employer.
