You'll provide crucial implementation leadership and technical guidance across our data platform initiatives. Reporting to Withum Digital Data & AI practice lead, you'll ensure successful delivery of complex data solutions. While this role primarily focuses on hands-on implementation leadership, we value candidates who can elevate our practice through thought leadership and industry recognition. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts and share knowledge both internally and externally will be highly regarded.How You’ll Spend Your Time : Leading technical implementation of enterprise-scale data platform solutionsProviding hands-on technical leadership in data platform architecture and implementationGuiding teams in best practices for data platform development and deploymentEnsuring delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projectsCollaborating with Service Line Leaders to maintain technical delivery standardsTechnical Expertise Required in : Modern Data Platforms : Microsoft FabricPower BIData pipeline development and optimizationData modeling and architectureETL / ELT implementationPerformance tuning and optimizationData governance and securityInfrastructure as CodeCI / CD for data platformsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field7 years of experience in data platform implementationProven track record of leading complex data platform projectsStrong understanding of modern data architecture patternsCertifications (Preferred)Microsoft Certified : Power BI Data Analyst AssociateDatabricks Lakehouse Platform AdministratorAdditional Distinguishing QualificationsDemonstrated thought leadership in data platform implementation and architectureTrack record of conference speaking engagements at eventsIndustry recognition such as : Strong technical leadership and mentorship abilitiesExcellent problem-solving and architectural thinkingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work collaboratively across teamsResults-oriented mindset with focus on delivery excellenceThe compensation for this position will vary by location. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
