The E-Discovery Attorney will assist with discovery activities, primarily document review on hosted platforms. From time to time, they may also take on other tasks, including deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting.ResponsibilitiesPerform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc.Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilegeAssist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilegeParticipate in special projects and other duties as assignedQualificationsLaw degree from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the State Bar AssociationMinimum 1 years of personal injury experiencePrior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferredMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
