Learn more at : Healthie .We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer at Healthie to drive the creation and execution of user-centered design solutions that enhance the user experience across our platform. This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and validate design concepts that improve customer satisfaction and align with Healthie’s product vision.About the role The Product Designer will focus on leading design research and validation initiatives, ensuring that user insights and feedback are effectively integrated into the design process. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into functional, visually compelling designs. Additionally, you'll contribute to building Healthie’s Design Systems, driving cohesion, scalability, and accessibility across product iterations.This is the perfect role for someone passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, eager to collaborate across teams, and excited to bring design excellence to a growing, mission-driven company. Our ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of design principles that improve usability and product quality.DetailsThis is a full-time, hybrid position based in Boston, MA.The base salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year.U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.About youYou have 4 years of experience in design roles at tech companies, with a minimum of 2 years in the healthtech industry.You’re confident in designing end-to-end solutions and can quickly get up to speed on complex systems.You have a keen eye for detail, designing across multiple devices and tablets while considering the intricacies of group / role-based access, permissions, and other complex workflows in a platform like Healthie.You are well-versed in design tools like Figma, Storybook, Shortcut, and ProductBoard to execute designs and organize systems effectively.You’re organized and self-directed, thriving in environments where you can independently produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.You enjoy speaking with customers and team members and are comfortable presenting and representing design in front of audiences.
