Receptionist/Contract Specialist Los Angeles, CA

Our office in Los Angeles is looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Contract Specialist . The ideal candidate is an individual who works well in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a true professional who is dedicated and passionate about serving our clients. You will assist clients and guests, answer multi-line phones, manage conference room reservations, and update employee lists and directories. Additionally, you will help office personnel with a variety of tasks at our front desk including calendaring, signed contract reviews, drafting, and serving as a liaison with department managers. The Receptionist reports directly to the Office Manager.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect all office visitorsAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsEnsure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., applications, pens, and forms)Provide fundamental information in person and via phone / emailReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveriesMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling office accessOrder front office supplies and keep an inventory of stockUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsQualificationsBilingual (English / Spanish) with full proficiencyCase Management software experience is a significant plusAt least 1 year of experience in the legal fieldResourceful, and motivated to resolve issues whenever they ariseCustomer service attitudeMicrosoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and CLIO (Preferred)Weekend Availability is a MUSTSalary : up to $22 / hr - this is an entry-level role and training will be provided.Here at The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
