This includes strategic planning, execution, and reporting on search campaigns while working closely with internal client teams and external partners. Day-to-day activities include campaign management and client / team communication. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the dynamic digital advertising ecosystem and effectively translate these moving pieces into actionable strategic choices for our clients.Fully remote or if local to Chicago, IL a hybrid schedule will be observed 2-3 in office.Travel required is less than 10% - i.e. industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, ECommerce Team meetings, and / or any other events.At C.A. we’re not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to us and grow their careers long-term. FortunePartner with internal account teams and external clients to develop and implement advertising campaigns aligned with client business objectives.Launch and optimize clients’ campaigns, analyzing results and translating them into tactical changes.Provide guidance to internal and external teams through clear and concise written and verbal communication.Apply strategic thinking and translate data analytics into actionable strategies.Perform keyword research, competitor research, and market research.What You Should Bring to the TableBachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience managing retailer media networks.Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic industry environment.Strategic thinker with the ability to distill large datasets into concise strategic recommendations.Strong multitasker, able to prioritize and organize multiple projects.Attention to detail and the ability to make connections between small changes and big results.Amazon Vendor / Seller Central, Amazon Ads Certification is a bonus.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Adept at learning new software programs and advertising management tools.You Will Stand Out if You HaveClient Management and / or agency experience strongly preferred.Prior CPG experience.Experience with Amazon Ads Certifications.Benefits16 days PTO.11 paid company holidays per year.3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender).Medical, dental, and vision.Paid company life insurance.401k with company match.Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day).Come As You AreC.A.
