We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The administrative assistant is largely responsible for assisting senior management with the day-to-day operations of each site. These duties include but are not limited to, answering phones, assisting with the receiving and distribution of all mail and UPS deliveries, and being a physical receptionist in the building to help greet guests and provide a professional environment for the consumer or any other visitor to the building. The administrative assistants are also frequently utilized for projects related to the operations to avoid the interruption of a more specified role.
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance; well spoken
- High level of communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and communication skills

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is $41,600.00
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
