We are currently looking for a Default Title Order Entry Specialist to join our team.
The Default Title Order Entry Specialist will possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrate professionalism, be accountable, have ability to prioritize tasks and able to multitask in a high volume environment. They must be able to accurately and efficiently perform all order entry processes in a timely manner as well as follow up on overdue or inadequate orders and complete close/bill functions in order to meet performance goals.
Qualifications include:
- Experience in a mortgage servicing or mortgage lending institute
- Basic working knowledge of mortgage documents
- Basic working knowledge of the real estate title industry
- Ability to accurately type approximately 70-80 WPM
- Proficiency with MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Excel
- At least 1 year of experience in the Real Estate Title Industry
- At least 1 year of experience reviewing mortgage documents

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $41,600.00 and $45,760.00 annually
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
