48 Year Old Well Established Company Looking for an Experienced Screen Printer
5 years of experience as a Screen Printer required, no exceptions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Automatic and manual printing on various types of apparel
- Ability to setup jobs quickly and produce orders efficiently
- M&R equipment experience preferred
- Mix custom colors
- Review job orders and artwork for press and screen needs
- Identify jobs that require special screen or set up needs
- Able to prioritize multiple projects, and ability to work under deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of math as it relates to screen burning, art placement, and chemical ratios
- Ability to translate and apply written instruction
- Consistent production of neat, accurate work with high attention to detail
- Demonstrates high level of dependability, initiative, and responsibility
- A commitment to performing job duties in a positive and helpful manner with a strong team spirit orientation
- Experience in the sign, printing or screen printing industry is a must
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
- Manage quality during print and production
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Communicate technical issues or problems to the Production Manager
- Able to report on time to work daily and have reliable transportation
