National Account Director - Baseball / Sports Equipment Distribution

The National Accounts Director for Baseball will be responsible for expanding TCA Team’s footprint in the world of Baseball. You will be building strong relationships with the directors of youth organizations, clubs, schools and more to provide them with the equipment and apparel they need for their athletes.

Salary/Benefits:

• Pay: $55,000 - $110,000 per year
• Benefits - Paid Time Off, Health & Dental Plans, etc.

Shift: Full Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. In-Office every day.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships in the Baseball industry – prospecting, calling and meeting with KDM’s
• Understand the features and benefits of our product offering, and be able to clearly communicate those features and benefits to KDM’s
• Utilize online sales software’s that will simplify the ordering process for your clients
• Recognize sales trends in your vertical and act accordingly to capitalize on those trends

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Experience

· Experience in sales in some capacity

• Strong Time Management Skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Technically strong with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) and CRM tools
• Driver's license

Preferred:

· Experience and Connections in the baseball industry
