TCB Security Services is currently looking for a Full time Armed Patrol Officer Officer. We are looking for an individual who would like to work 38-42 hour a week in our Patrol Division. Graveyard, generally 10 hour shifts (4 day work week). Shifts are generally between the hours of 6:00pm and 6:00am
DPSST certification is a requirement, however training and certification can be provided.
Security Patrol Officer preferred abilities, knowledge, and skills:
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Analyze problems in the area of assignment to enforce laws, rules, ordinances and to think and act quickly, calmly, and efficiently in emergency and other conflict situations.
- Prepare reports and collect evidence; educate the public; read maps; remain calm and use good judgment during confrontational or high pressure situations.
- Utilize problem identification and resolution techniques and make decisions independently in accordance with established policy and procedures, and use initiative and judgment in completing tasks and responsibilities.
- Courteously meet and deal effectively with other employees, public, clients and other law enforcement agencies, federal, state, and local agencies.
- General Knowledge of Federal, State and County rules, regulations, and ordinances that govern enforcement activities.
- Skill in meeting and dealing with a wide variety of people.
- Operations of vehicles, communication equipment, and other departmental equipment. Report writing and statistical data compilation; interviewing and listening. Work is primarily performed in a field environment with physical demands.

Security Patrol Officer Qualifications:
- Minimum Level of Education: High School Diploma/GED Minimum
- Age: 21
- Employer will perform: A drug test, a background check, and a DMV records check.
- Required Driver License: Personal (Class C)
- Justification for Requiring Driver License: You must be able to drive company patrol car.

SECURITY PATROL COMPENSATION
Salary / Benefits:
Factors used in determining the salary offered include the candidate's qualifications as well as the pay rates of other employees in this classification.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
