Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The Medical Spa Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet revenue targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional spa experience.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of Medical Spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, sales, facility maintenance
- Hiring, Supervising and training staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of spa operations
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
- Oversee payroll administration and budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and attract new customers
- Stay updated on industry trends and market competition to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Medi-spa or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests
- Knowledge of medical Spa treatments, products, and equipment
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
