Marketing Analyst Position
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive informed marketing strategies. This role involves assessing the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and assess campaign success.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Power BI, and Excel to analyze and visualize data.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Perform customer segmentation, audience building, and overall campaign management.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and forecast market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Manage and clean marketing datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with CX executives on overall customer retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 4 years related experience preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Routine analysis and interpretation of financial reports, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental / legal regulations.
- Routine writing of complex detailed reports and business correspondence.
- Routine presentation of information and response to questions from groups of managers (may include Top Management), clients, customers, and the general public.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Typically works in a general office environment and in retail locations. Must be able to work in Fishers, IN office, on a hybrid schedule. Travels up to 15% of the time, including overnight.
