Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Process transactions accurately through cash, credit, or other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor and replenish stock on the sales floor.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required—we provide on-the-job training!
- Proficiency in technical sales tools is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
