Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or retail sales is advantageous.
- Strong skills in inside sales techniques and territory management are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
- Experience using CRM software or other sales-related tools is a plus.
