- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services, enhancing overall sales performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Supervise and train new staff members as required, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
