What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Area Manager position at TCC?
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee a manufacturing area. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of a production operation and the quality of the output.
We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you.
Pay will be based on experience.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Education/Experience: Associates or Bachelor degree in a related field.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize problem solving tools.
- Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently.
