Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Full-Time Marketing/Design Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in graphic design and marketing who is looking to apply their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required for this position, as you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality marketing materials that align with TCG’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media graphics, using Adobe InDesign and other design tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual content.
- Assist in managing TCG’s digital asset library, ensuring all files are organized and up to date.
- Support the team in executing social media strategies by creating and scheduling posts and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and gather competitive insights.
- Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required (minimum 1 year of experience using InDesign).
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Passion for marketing and design, with a drive to produce high-quality work.
- Previous experience in a marketing or graphic design role is preferred but not required.
