Scope of Work:
- Foundation leveling and repair
- Slab and pier & beam foundation work
- Structural reinforcement as needed
- Conducting foundation inspections and providing repair estimates
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes
Requirements:
- Must be licensed and insured
- Proven experience working on residential foundations
- Ability to provide references from past projects
- Competitive pricing with clear and detailed estimates
- Reliable and able to meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
