Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Acquisitions Representative to join our real estate investment team. This position is designed to train and develop your skills, enabling you to transition into a full-fledged Acquisitions Representative and potentially into Dispositions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the Acquisitions team.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $1,500/month (paid biweekly).
- Bonuses:
- $200 bonus for every closed deal.
- $500 bonus for every 5 deals closed.
Expected Performance: Assist in locking in 4-5 deals per month.
Promotion Milestones
- After 20 Closed Deals:
- Participate in ride-alongs with the Acquisitions Representative to learn property condition evaluation and repair assessment.
- After 40 Closed Deals:
- Receive training on running property comps.
- Promotion to Acquisitions Representative:
- Transition to a commission-based role upon mastering comps.
Responsibilities
- Lead Support:
- Handle follow-up calls and set appointments for the Acquisitions Representative.
- Signage Management:
- Install and remove listing signs and lockboxes with spare keys.
- Final Walkthroughs:
- Conduct final property walkthroughs to confirm contract terms are met prior to closing.
- Quick Listing Verbiage:
- Draft concise and accurate property listing descriptions as needed.
- Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Perform additional duties to support the Acquisitions team and office operations.
Training & Career Growth
- Milestone Training:
- 20 Deals: Learn property evaluations and repair assessments through ride-alongs.
- 40 Deals: Training on running comps.
- Transition to Acquisitions Representative upon mastering comps $$$$$.
- Dispositions Training:
- After 2 years, optional training for Dispositions will be available.
Work Schedule
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Time Off: Weekends and holidays off.
Requirements
- Ability to close 4-5 deals monthly.
