Hiring Flooring (tile/laminate) Contractor – Real Estate Investment Projects
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Type: Contract/Project-Based
We are a real estate investment company specializing in property rehabs, and we’re looking for a skilled and reliable flooring contractor to install flooring in our renovation projects.
Job Details:
- Install tile and laminate flooring
- Remove and dispose of old flooring if needed
- Ensure proper subfloor preparation before installation
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Ability to install baseboards and transitions is a plus
Requirements:
- Proven experience in flooring installation
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow project timelines
- Licensed and insured (preferred but not required)
- Must provide three references and a current job site if available
