Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and imaginative bartender to enhance the experience of our valued patrons at Tchefuncte’s. In this role, you will play a key part in creating memorable customer experiences. In this role, you will be required to maintain a clean and welcoming bar area, present menus, serve high-quality food and beverages, and craft a variety of delightful drinks and cocktails. Responsibilities:
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
- Ensure that the bar is prepared with a strong focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Greet and attend to customers upon entry.
- Present restaurant menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages.
- Take and serve orders.
- Answer questions or make recommendations.
- Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
- Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Issue bills and accept payment.
Skills:
- Must have Louisiana Responsible Vendor License.
- Proven bartending experience.
