Fine Dining Lead Bartender

In this role, you will oversee bar operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves mentoring the bar staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all drinks are crafted to the highest quality standards. The Lead Bartender will also create unique drink menus, train new and existing team members, and oversee safety and cleanliness protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities of the bar staff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Create and design innovative cocktail and drink specials to enhance customer experience.
• Train and mentor bartenders and support staff on drink preparation and service, as well as customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engage with patrons, and handle any complaints or special requests.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional events and strategies to increase bar sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new products to continuously enhance bar offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Must have Louisiana Responsible Vendor’s License.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
