Key Responsibilities
DATA ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, track, and analyze key marketing performance metrics (website traffic, lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI).
- Use analytics to derive insights about customer behavior, preferences, and trends and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assess the success of lead generation and sales funnel activities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems to communicate data findings effectively.
- Monitor industry trends to refine positioning and discover new opportunities.
SEO SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact terms to drive targeted traffic.Develop and execute SEO strategies to maximize website visibility and inbound leads.Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements, including metadata, site architecture, and page load speeds.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in all digital materials.Track, analyze, and report on organic search performance and provide recommendations for improvement.MARKETING ANALYTICS AND STRATEGY
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into campaigns, product launches, and overall marketing strategy.Manage and refine data collection tools to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of KPIs.Stay updated on algorithm changes and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.Focus on analyzing lead behavior to optimize conversion strategies.Lead A / B and multivariate testing to optimize website pages, campaign performance, and user experiences. Analyze test results and implement changes based on findings.Knowledge of paid search (PPC) strategies to collaborate effectively with digital advertising efforts.WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
Basic coding skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) for minor website tweaks or troubleshooting.Ensure website functionality and perform regular updates to maintain optimal performance.Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance website user experience.Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly to minimize downtime.Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to boost engagement and lead generation.Maintain website security, including updates to plugins, themes, and software.Manage and integrate marketing technology tools (e.g., CRM integrations, email platforms) to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.2 years of experience in data analytics, SEO, or a related role.Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.Experience with WordPress for website management and optimization.Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or similar for data analysis and visualization.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.Preferred Qualifications
