Team Combat League (TCL) brings a team based concept to boxing. Featuring 24 rounds with a different fighter competing in the ring every three minutes! TCL has twelve teams: LA Elite, Las Vegas Hustle, Phoenix Fury, Dallas Enforcers, Houston Hitman, San Antonio Snipers, Boston Butchers, Nashville Smash, New York Attitude, Philadelphia Smoke, Atlanta Attack, and the Miami Assassins. Our league has over 300 fighters and teams are matched up against each other every week! Witnessing the evolution of boxing all on Dr. Phil’s Merit Street TV.
TCL is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented social media specialist to support our brand and live sports initiatives reaching millions of customers each year. In this role, you will be accountable for driving consumer facing campaigns that develop and deepen engagement with TCL viewers. As our social media specialist you will have the opportunity to think big while remaining deeply analytical, naturally curious and capable of juggling multiple social platforms to drive increasingly effective engagement that delivers entertaining customer experiences through our digital and broadcast network. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bar-raising media planning frameworks, strong organization and high standards for content creation and substantial experience working with media assets and creative marketing partners.
As a social media specialist, you will own the digital marketing development of integrated media plans and launch execution. You will be accountable for driving quality assurance from media briefing to go-to-market planning of digital campaigns. You will have a proven track record for driving results, working autonomously with our media team. You will possess a blended balance of strategist, project manager, and copy writer.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Own media strategy for Live Sports and Brand campaigns.
- Own launch management for TCL live sports and live events.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaign sufficiency and optimizations are deployed to deliver on goals.
- Dive deep into marketing performance and audience insights. Uncover durable insights that improve program performance over time.
- Own representation of key metrics and progress to goal with senior leadership.
- Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, talent, external studio partners and other relevant TCL partners.
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of professional non-internship social media experience
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience in execution from concept to completion
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Knowledge of the TV/sports landscape and/or streaming platforms

Our compensation for this position is $30k.
