Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. You will work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to provide outstanding customer service while supporting the overall operations of the establishment.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new customers.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Monitor and restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Educate guests about menu items when necessary, enhancing their dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with commercial driving may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.
