Objective
TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc., a Non-Profit Organization, is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Residential Technician.

Work Location and Standard Work Hours
TCN Behavioral Health Services, Supportive Housing – Fairborn, Xenia, Yellow Springs, Ohio
On-call, all shifts needed, shift differential will be paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Some evenings and weekends may be required
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitoring consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
- Ensure client safety and program integrity for a secure environment;
- Assist with daily living tasks
- Recreational activities
- Clinical/facility documentation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
Work Environment
- This job operates in a residential home.
Qualifications
Required Education, Certifications, and/or Experience
- High School Diploma
Preferred Education Certifications, and/or Experience
- Experience with Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill (SPMI) clients in a residential setting is a plus.
- Computer Experience
- CPR/First Aid Certifications, De-escalation – TCN will provide upon hire
