Objective
TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc., a Non-Profit Organization, is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Residential Technician – Community Support Services

Work Location and Standard Work Hours
TCN Behavioral Health Services, Supportive Housing
Shift differential will be paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Some evenings and weekends may be required
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitoring consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
- Ensure client safety and program integrity for a secure environment;
- Assist with daily living tasks
- Recreational activities
- Clinical/facility documentation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
Work Environment
- This job operates in a residential home.
Qualifications
Required Education, Certifications, and/or Experience
- High School Diploma
Preferred Education Certifications, and/or Experience
- Experience with Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill (SPMI) clients in a residential setting is a plus.
- Computer Experience
- CPR/First Aid Certifications, De-escalation – TCN will provide upon hire
