Objective:
TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc., a Non-Profit Organization, is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Youth Mental Health Therapist.

Work Location and Standard Work Hours:
Champaign County, OH; must be willing to travel across 5 counties

Some evenings and weekends may be required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family counseling to youth ages 4-18 under clinical supervision that meet productivity and quality requirements set by the Agency.
- Develop and maintains quality, accurate clinical charts for all clients served and completes documentation within 24 hours of service.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
Work Environment:
- This job operates in a professional office environment as well as in the field. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.
Qualifications
Required Education, Certifications, and/or Experience
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling or a related field.
- Minimum of a LSW/LPC; LISW/LPCC preferred; dual licensure a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in youth mental health treatment; youth substance use experience preferred.
- Meets all standards and regulations of the Counselor and Social Worker Board of the State of Ohio. Candidates must be highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment; must possess excellent typing skills in order to use an Electronic Health Record proficiently.
Preferred Education Certifications, and/or Experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by TCN
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel) and basic computer software
Salary : $43,000 - $60,000
