Job Summary:
The Boomi Developer & Integrations Specialist will work with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Services (EPMS) team to design, implement, and maintain integrations for Orbus Infinity and other enterprise applications. This role ensures seamless data flow, system communication, and process automation across various modules and partners. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performance solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:1. Integration Development & Implementation
The Boomi Developer & Integrations Specialist will work with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Services (EPMS) team to design, implement, and maintain integrations for Orbus Infinity and other enterprise applications. This role ensures seamless data flow, system communication, and process automation across various modules and partners. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performance solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:1. Integration Development & Implementation
- Develop, configure, and test Dell Boomi integrations to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Design and implement APIs and data flow architectures to integrate systems efficiently.
- Build complex mapping structures using multiple transformations.
- Set up and configure connections to various applications to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Develop technical specifications, data mappings, and system flowcharts to support integration strategies.
- Ensure authentication and authorization protocols are properly implemented in integrations.
- Collaborate with project managers, EPMS teams, and NC DIT service partners to align integration solutions with business needs.
- Plan and complete assigned work independently, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects with dynamic priorities, balancing technical and strategic tasks.
- Provide accurate effort estimates and commit to deadlines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including:
- Technical specifications
- Data mapping documents
- Program logic & flowcharts
- Stay current with Boomi best practices and emerging integration technologies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance integration efficiency.
- Dell Boomi Integration experience ability to develop, configure, and test integrations.
- Experience in building complex mapping structures with multiple transformations.
- Strong understanding of authentication & authorization protocols for secure integrations.
- Experience in setting up application connections for seamless data exchange.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong oral & written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in technical documentation, data mapping, and flowchart creation.
