Position: Product Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support and user administration.
• Perform system administration and interface monitoring.
• Participate in rotational afterhours on-call support.
• Develop forms and write reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to determine best practice configurations and workflows.
• Read, analyze, and modify technical documentation.
• Work with vendors to facilitate implementation.
• Conduct system testing.
