temperature-controlled packaging solutions and services across key markets, including pharmaceutical
and food logistics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong "hunter" and entrepreneurial mentality,
relentless focus on new client acquisition, and the ability to nurture long-term partnerships.
1. New Business Development :
o Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities in target industries and markets.
o Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, research, and cold
outreach.
o Develop tailored proposals and solutions that address customer challenges and align with
Cryopak's product offerings.
2. Account Management :
o Manage acquired accounts
o Work with Operations to plan and ensure smooth onboarding and continuous customer
satisfaction
3. Strategic Sales Planning :
o Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic sales plans that align with
company objectives.
o Provide market feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and competitive
positioning.
o Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Market Expertise :
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
