What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at TCPA?
Here at TCPA, we are looking for motivated, proactive, results-driven Nurse Practitioners to grow with our company, while setting the gold standard for care delivery with a focus on multi-disciplinary team centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Timely documentation in EHR
- Prescribing medication, modalities, or other forms of treatment
- Perform comprehensive bedside examinations
- Replying to acute questions/concerns from nursing staff during business hours
- Reviewing and interpreting lab and radiology results
Qualifications:
- Experience in SNF/ALF, preferred
- Masters in Nursing
- Valid NP License in the State of Georgia
- Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Details:
- Position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday with flexible hours during the day
- Participation in electronic on-call rotation
- Facility locations: Sparta/Elberton Area
