Position Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales and Business Development
Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging in creative
business development, lead generation, networking, and promoting our business to
expand our client base and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation and Networking: Develop and implement effective
strategies to generate new leads through networking events, social media, and
other channels.
? Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
? Promotion and Marketing: Promote TCS Property Management services
through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns,
and local events.
? Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
? Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
to continuously improve our competitive edge.
? Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to align sales
strategies with operational goals.

Requirements
