TCS Mobility is hiring for a Operations Supervisor to provide direction while making scheduling adjustments where necessary to maximize on-time performance, minimize customer wait times, and develop staff.

Essential Functions of Operations Supervisor:
- Effectively manage all admin staff and operators.
- Effectively manage customer relations through both direct contact and outreach programs.
- Identify, select, train and mentor location staff.
- Effectively and frequently communicate with location staff and support team members.
- Assist in overseeing safety and training programs, plans and processes to ensure compliance with company, contract and regulatory requirements.
- Contributes to ensure the safety culture of the division.
- Maintain client contact routinely to meet or exceed expectations.
- Assist with conducting periodic departmental audits.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reviews of key operational metrics.
- Implement, promote and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participates in location labor and employee relations activities.
- Develop and implement tracking systems to ensure that all current Key Performance Indicators
- are related to client contracts.

Requirements for Operations Supervisor:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be 21 or over.
- Valid Drivers License
- Obtain and maintain a DOT physical.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience: Management experience required. Transportation/transit experience preferred.
