TCS Student Transportation seeks professional and compassionate School Bus Drivers to join our team!

What we offer School Bus Lead Drivers :
23.00 an Hour.
Retention bonus of 1,500.00 after one year of service.
School Bus Lead Driver Requirements :
Applicants must hold a valid CDL with Passenger and School bus endorsements.
Applicants should have a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
Ability to maintain outstanding attendance.
Must be able to communicate professionally with staff, students, and parents with priority placed on customer service.
Day to Day as a School Bus Lead Driver :
Monitors AM and PM runs to ensure that each assigned bus is occupied, notifying the OperationManager if a driver does not report to work on time or at all.
Drives any route necessary in the absence of a permanent or substitute driver, or in the absence of available regular drivers, for field trips
Knows the routes of the assigned drivers
Monitors and evaluates the assigned drivers pre and post trip inspections. Bus cleaning, and parking
Covers assignments, as needed. Assignments include routes, field trips or other duties related to transportation. These assignments may be changed on a daily basis.
Work varied hours daily and handle daily assignments changes on short notice
Assist in the Transportation Office as needed. Report to and drive out of varies locations
