Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Performance :
Understand the requirements and manage the online portal
Configure , Monitor SLAs and KPIs, addressing performance issues promptly.
Escalate and resolve performance concerns.
Negotiating contracts with suppliers
Assessing the performance of vendors
Ensuring vendor compliance with company standards
Managing vendor billing and disbursements
Contract Management :
Support contract review and compliance.
Practical experience of leading or executing a large engagement in Managed Services Model
Manage contract renewals, amendments and timelines.
Vendor Relationships :
Serve as the main contact for vendor communication and issue resolution.
Foster collaboration to ensure service improvements.
Cost Optimization :
Analyze invoices for accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure vendor billing aligns with contract terms.
Reporting & Analytics :
Generate reports on vendor performance and service delivery metrics.
Provide insights to improve vendor services.
Reviews with customer. Understand and manage customers requirements / timelines.
Handle and managing customer escalations
Take proper action and provide the feedback of action items
Weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with the customer's managers and senior executives to review and provide engagement updates, resource plans and project level commitments
