Job Description

As a Bank Account Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at TD Bank. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and safe deposit box access
• Verifying customer identities and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations
• Managing cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs)
• Ensuring confidential customer information is securely stored throughout the day

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Ability to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
• Domestic travel may be required occasionally
• Operating standard office equipment continuously
• Reading, writing, and comprehending instructions continuously
