This includes performing customer transactions efficiently, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, engaging in lobby leadership, understanding customer preferences, acting as an advocate for the customer, making sound decisions, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations. Our ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of work-related experience, and demonstrated customer service skills. They are able to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
