As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll play a key role in processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency while educating customers on our products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute TD's Brand promise to customers by consistently executing appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience
- Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently
- Process cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with a high level of accuracy
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures and escalating to management as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months work-related experience preferred; or equivalent can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, military experience
- Ability to work during operating hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled
