JOB DESCRIPTION
The Corporate Banking Team within the TDS Data, Delivery and Integration group is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects impacting the Corporate Banking business of TD Securities. Projects in this space will be in support of various business-driven initiatives. To deliver on this mandate, the team partners closely with stakeholder groups from across TD Securities (TDS) including members of the Corporate Banking business, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk and others.
The Project Manager is accountable to the Project Delivery Lead for the successful delivery of a distinct project and / or workstream, across all aspects of a Project in alignment with the Program and business and / or enterprise strategies. The Project Manager provides leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with the Leadership team and project stakeholders.
The Project Manager will additionally provide overall project management support including project status reporting, roadmap scheduling, risk & issue management, project financial management, integrated status reporting and presentation preparation. The role is also responsible for ensuring our programs / projects adhere to TD's project management standards and governance requirements.
Job Accountabilities :
- Structure and manage detailed end-to-end implementation plans, holding stakeholders accountable for progressing against established scope / timelines while providing timely and effective communication on project status, risks, issues, analyses / findings to Project Delivery Lead(s) and senior-level audiences.
- Facilitate detailed requirements discussions across stakeholder groups and promote optimal testing plan / strategies.
- Supports delivery governance and compliance of program / project activities with the approved procedures & standards.
- Proactively identify and manage cross-stakeholder group interdependencies.
- Maintains integrated schedule, interdependencies, critical path and roadmap.
- Ensures fulfillment of enterprise financial reporting needs.
- Able to understand business needs, then guide the scrum teams to capture appropriate epics or stories.
- Present solution options and project status to the leadership, represent project team in decision group meetings working closely with product owner and SMEs.
- Maintenance of the artifact repository, organization chart and processes. Maintains risks, assumptions, issues and decisions log, resource strategy and plan.
- Manage project financials / budget.

The Vice President, Change Delivery - TDS is aligned with the TDS Delivery Accountability Framework rolled out across TDS and will support the end-to-end delivery of the project's deliverables involving high complexity and many cross-functional and stakeholder dependencies. This function enables efficient and effective program delivery of the dealer's major, cross functional initiatives. TDS Change Delivery reflects a significant evolution of our approach to managing and delivering change in the dealer's largest cross functional initiatives.
