- Execute TD's brand promise by consistently delivering legendary customer experiences in the store.
- Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently.
- Process cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with a high level of accuracy.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures and escalating to management as necessary.
">Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months work-related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work during operating hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
