The Transitional Financial Advisor (TFA) program is a three-year development opportunity designed for financial advisors or planners who want to sell investment management solutions and provide financial planning guidance. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial advisory, financial planning, customer service, and banking to deliver customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage financial planning, financial advisory, customer service, and banking expertise to deliver customized solutions to clients
- Sell investment management solutions and provide financial planning guidance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably as a financial advisor or planner
