Job Description: This role leads a team responsible for supporting Financial Crimes Management focused on driving reporting, industry benchmarking, capacity management, business case development and tracking performance metrics to include financial results.
Responsibilities:
- Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required.
- Accountable executive for Performance Management reporting office for Financial Crimes Management.
- Develops an organization of trusted advisors who partner across Financial Crimes Management.
- Defines and establishes key performance metrics aligned with the FCM strategic priorities, ensuring they are measurable and actionable.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree
- 10 years related experience
- Strong analytical aptitude to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Expertise in creating and utilizing data visualization to create reporting
- Ability to understand key metric drivers and translate performance data into actionable insights
